As the Language Access Coordinator, Mark Losha oversees Baltimore’s language access implementation program, working with city agencies to ensure that they have the resources and adequate training to efficiently serve communities with limited English proficiency.
Prior to his role at MIMA, Mark worked as a Senior Site Coordinator with Reading Partners Baltimore, where he coordinated efforts to recruit and train community volunteers to assist elementary school students in meeting their literacy goals. As a Cameroonian, Mark speaks four languages, with English being his third.
