As the Baltimore Immigrant Community Fund (BICF) Program Coordinator, Jenny supports MIMA, the Baltimore Civic Fund, and partnering philanthropy in management and administration of the programs objective to provide public and private funds to organizations serving immigrant communities in Baltimore City.
Prior to joining MIMA, Jenny served as a community organizer, research assistant, and SNAP outreach provider. She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in Community Action & Social Policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Her advocacy experience spans across several areas of social issues within marginalized communities, from housing rights to reproductive justice, with a focus in bridging people across cultural and racial divides.
