MOED has two one-stop career centers, on the east and west sides of the city. Direct services are provided onsite for persons who are unemployed, underemployed or employed and for targeted populations such as veterans, disabled persons, senior citizens and youth. Job seekers can fill out the form at the website below to request an appointment for job search assistance and job training programs. 

 

Baltimore City residents can also fill out the online form at moed.baltimorecity.gov/job-seekers to get free employment services at a public location convenient for them such as a church, community center, restaurant, etc.

Buena Alianza is a program of Goodwill Industries, provides bilingual individualized services, job readiness, and placement assistance services. Individuals receive one-on-one assistance in finding gainful employment, confidential mentoring, and referrals for services in the community. From resume building to mock interviews, participants receive the help they need to enter the workforce.
